NJSIAA Heat Acclimatization Policy
The revised heat acclimatization policy for the 2012 preseason is dramatically different then years previous. This policy has strict guidelines that School Districts and coaches must adhere to when beginning their preseason workouts. Midland Park's preseason schedule has been reviewed in order to ensure that it meets the proper protocol for heat acclimatization.
