Midland Park proudly congratulates senior student athlete Cienna Thimme, who was honored at the 2026 National Girls & Women in Sports Day celebration hosted by the NJSIAA in partnership with Rutgers University on February 8, 2026.

Cienna was chosen in recognition of her outstanding multi sport career and contributions to Panther athletics. A three sport athlete, she has excelled in soccer, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field, demonstrating versatility, commitment, and a competitive mindset across all three seasons.

Throughout her high school career, Cienna has established herself as a standout competitor and leader. Her success in soccer highlights her skill, consistency, and team first approach, while her performances in both indoor and outdoor track and field reflect strong work ethic and athletic range. Balancing the demands of multiple sports, she has served as a role model for younger student athletes and a valued teammate within each program.

National Girls & Women in Sports Day recognizes female student athletes across New Jersey for their accomplishments and the positive influence they have within their school communities. Cienna’s selection represents Midland Park’s continued commitment to celebrating female athletic achievement and the important role athletics play in personal growth and leadership development.

Midland Park congratulates Cienna on this well deserved recognition and thanks her for the dedication, leadership, and pride she has brought to Panther athletics.
