COVID-19 Info:
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, many things have changed for High School athletics.  Details are highlighted below, in bullet list format for streamlining purposes.  There are several links as well for more information.
*The NJSIAA had created a summer session 3-Phase process in an effort to re-open high school athletics.

*The 3-Phase summer session began July 13th and runs through August 28th.

*After the summer session ends, there will be a 2-week virtual contact period, from August 29th through September 13th.  During this period, coaches can only contact athletes virtually.

*For more information regarding the 3-Phase summer process, NJSIAA COVID-19 Information, and other Summer Recess guidelines, check out the NJSIAA COVID-19 Resources page.

*The NJSIAA has recently published its most up-to-date version of the Return to Play Plan '20-'21.  Please note that this document is an ever changing document, and will be continuously updated.

*The NJSIAA has also asked member schools to share the video NJSIAA Return to Play: Q & A with Dr. Damian Martins.

*Lastly, if athletes are still interested in participating in the final weeks of summer workout sessions, each athlete must have a parent/guardian complete the COVID-19 Questionnaire.

Fall Sports Clearance Information
*Fall Sports Registration will begin this Thursday, August 20th.  Please follow the steps below to insure your child is cleared to participate in fall sports starting September 14th.
Step 1:  Submit the electronic forms online.
*The online submission website for FALL SPORTS will reopen as of August 20th.  When logging in, please be sure to select Fall.
*All athletes must submit online forms first, before submitting physicals to the Nurse.
*To submit forms electronically, click on the link:

*Next, click on "Sports Participation Packet" in the top right corner.
*Then, choose "new user" if you've never completed online forms, or "current user" if you completed forms online last year.
*Finally, follow the prompts to complete all the necessary forms electronically

Step 2: Submit a New Physical or Health History Update.
*Please note, due to new legislative law #S2518, Physical requirements have changed for the 2020 Fall Sports season.  If your child had submitted a new State Physical for any athletic season during the 2019-2020 school year, that physical's expiration has been extended to include the Fall 2020 season.  Therefore, if a new physical has not been completed this year due to COVID-19, you can just submit a Health History Update.
*Students must have first completed their online forms before submitting Hard-Copy forms!
*Once on-line forms are submitted, Students/Parents must still hand in a hard copy of either the State mandated Physical Form or the Health History Update to the school nurse.

The Athletic Physical Form (found in the link below) must be newly completed every year.  The Athletic Physical Form is good for 365 days.  When a NEW physical is submitted to the nurse, there is no need for a Health History Update to be handed in.

The Health History Update Form (found in the link below) must be completed EVERY ATHLETIC SEASON when a student-athlete's physical form is passed 60 days of being completed.
